It was 3:00 pm on a Tuesday afternoon when I got the call that my father passed away. At this point, my world came crashing down. My uncle and I were left to take care of my father's estate.
It's times like these that good people are brought into your life. Livia Gutierrez is one of these people. I contacted Livia and she started to make things happen right away. For example, my father's property was in bad shape and there was stuff all over the place.
I asked Livia if she knew of anyone that could clean out his place, and she said... of course. Within no time at all, she had the furniture removed... and the cleaning crew making the place spotless.
She then put the property on the market and in no-time-flat, we started getting offers. Once we had a buyer ready to go, I ran into an issue with our attorney. I needed to find a new one fast, so we could close on the property.
At this point, Livia came to the rescue again and referred me to one of the best attorneys I've ever worked with. I was so impressed with Livia, because no matter what challenge came up... she was right there with a solution.
I have to say that if you're looking to have your property SOLD (or buy a property)... Livia Gutierrez is who you want on your side. She's all business and is a true professional. She puts her clients first, and I really appreciate that.

I can't say enough about Livia. When I first moved to Chicago, she spent a lot of time helping me find the right place. Although, I was just looking for a rental, instead of purchasing she spent a lot time helping me and I ended up in a great area in Lakeview. When I was ready to purchase my first condo, I knew Livia was the only realtor I wanted to work with. Again, I wasn't disappointed. Her knowledge of Chicago and its hidden little gems of restaurants, shops, etc. is amazing! I have to say, it was really fun house hunting with Livia. She scheduled several condos to visit that 1st week and when we submitted an offer, she followed up with the listing realtor when we had not heard back for a couple of days. It turned out the bank that owned the condo pulled it off the market but was not communicating effectively or promptly. Livia needed to make several calls before we finally received a response and she kept me in the loop and updated the entire time. We then acted quickly to make another offer on a different place and were successful.
